Role Overview
The Application Specialist will leverage their healthcare, business, and InterSystems product knowledge to ensure successful, standard, and timely contract implementation of InterSystems products. They will become an expert resource for customers, understanding customer processes, assessing solution fit, and advising on optimal implementation strategies to maximize benefits while minimizing customer-specific work. Keeping up-to-date with new product developments through the product release cycle is essential. The role requires visiting customer sites and may involve regular travel, potentially spending up to 5 days away from home each week. The Application Specialist will operate in accordance with the latest version of the InterSystems ARIES Customer Engagement Methodology, which is subject to ongoing improvement.
