We are recruiting a detail‑oriented & proactive Technical Coordinator (Labelling) to manage and oversee labelling projects of Instructions for Use (IFUs) and related product label content. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and internal specifications.
As a Labelling Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate IFU reviews with key stakeholders
- Manage changes, approvals, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain comprehensive records of changes and decisions throughout the IFU lifecycle
Essential Experience / Qualifications
- Qualification or degree in Science (Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Materials or a related subject) or relevant documentation experience
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Ability to manage documentation workflows and maintain detailed records of changes and decisions
- Experience in a highly regulatory environment with a focus on compliance
Desirable Experience / Qualifications
- Experience reviewing and evaluating technical and regulatory documentation for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to labelling and IFUs (e.g., FDA, EU MDR/IVDR, ISO 15223, ISO 20417)
