Job Title: Sodalime Operative Early Shift
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sodalime Operative Early Shift to join our Production Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing products in accordance with current work instructions, achieving established weekly production targets, and complying with our Quality System and Health and Safety Procedures. The role involves lifting both heavy items and prolonged periods, as well as dexterous tasks, requiring a fast‑paced and pressure‑tolerant work style while meeting all Health and Safety and PPE requirements.
Essential Experience / Qualifications
- Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety requirements and PPE
- Knowledge and experience of correct manual handling procedures
- Able to work to targets and deadlines
Desirable Experience / Qualifications
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
