An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sodalime Operative Early Shift to join our Production Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing products in accordance with current work instructions, and achieving established weekly production targets, whilst complying with our Quality System and Health and Safety Procedures.
This role involves elements of lifting, both heavy and for prolonged periods of time as well as dexterous tasks. The successful candidate must be able to work at fast pace and under pressure in order to achieve the targets whilst complying with all Health and Safety measure and full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements.
Essential Experience/Qualifications:
- The ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety requirements and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Knowledge and experience of correct manual handling procedures
- Able to work to targets and deadlines
Desirable Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
