We are looking to recruit a Production Operative – Rolling Shifts who will be responsible for for manufacturing product in accordance with current work instructions, and achieving established weekly production targets, whilst complying in full with our Quality System and Health and Safety Procedures.    This position will be joining our thriving UK medical device manufacturing company to work within our Manufacturing Department.   This role involves elements of lifting, both heavy and for prolonged periods as well as dexterous tasks, which require good hand-eye coordination.   The successful candidate must be able to work at fast pace in order to achieve the targets and deadlines, whilst remaining accurate and efficient.   Essential Experience/Qualifications: The ability to communicate in English (verbal and written) Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety requirements and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Knowledge and experience of correct manual handling procedures   Essential Experience: Experience working in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided   Key Skills: Good communication Able to work to deadlines Able to work in a team and on own initiative Able to work in a fast paced environment Able to follow instructions Self-motivated and willing to learn Have a can-do attitude with an enthusiastic approach to work Ability to follow company procedures Able to work to a schedule Excellent attention to details Able to work in a safe manner complying with Health and Safety Legislation, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)   Hours of Work: Continuous Rolling Shift  2 Days Working, 2 Days off, 2 Nights Working, 2 Days off 7:00am – 19:30pm and 19:00pm – 7:30am   Equal Opportunities   We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace for all.
