We are looking to recruit a Product Information Assistant who will be responsible for administering and maintaining Product Information business processes, seeking to continually improve the solution aiming for harmonisation across global processes. This position will be joining our thriving UK medical device manufacturing company to work within our Design and Development Department.
Key responsibilities will consist of:
- Administer product changes in ERP systems
- Coordination of change control projects
- Review processes, producing and updating appropriate documentation
- Analyse business requirements and specify business processes, through improvements in information systems, information management, practices and procedures
- Assist the Product Information Manager with business stakeholder engagement and communications, including ways of working sessions and training to ensure successful implementation and adoption of change
- Monitor and update required change documentation
- Assist with the maintaining of BAU processes during the implementation of the new ERP system
- Coordinate changes within organisation by using established project management methodology and IT systems
Essential Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience with office based administrative role
