An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Laboratory Technician - Maternity Cover to join our thriving UK medical device manufacturing company to work within our Technical and Development department. We are looking to recruit a hardworking and enthusiastic individual who will be responsible for undertaking component and product testing, following protocols and appropriate BS, EN and ISO Standards, analysing results and writing test reports. The successful candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, function effectively across a number of interrelated departments, whilst dealing with a variety of tasks. A good eye for detail and excellent data analysis skills are required.
Desirable Experience/Qualifications
- A sciences degree (Physics, Biology, Chemistry, or a related subject) or equivalent level qualification
- Experience working in a laboratory or the medical device industry
