We are looking to recruit a Business Intelligence Analyst who will provide the UK Business Director and wider management team with accurate, insightful, and actionable data analysis. The role focuses on sales performance and market gap analysis, warehouse capacity and efficiency reviews, cancelled order analysis, and stock / Material Requirements Planning (MRP) insights in support of the UK Stock Control Manager.
The successful candidate will be able to utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, SQL, Excel) and will also explore opportunities to apply AI and advanced analytics to improve forecasting, automation and decision‑making. They will also act as system trainer and staff support resource, helping teams to understand and use ERP, CRM and Power BI tools effectively.
- Essential Experience: or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst within Sales, Supply Chain or operations.
- Demonstrated experience with Power BI, ERP and CRM systems.
