An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Team Leader – Rolling Shift to join our thriving UK Medical Manufacturing Company to work within our Manufacturing Department.
We are looking to recruit a Team Leader who will support and assist the other Team Leaders and Production Supervisors in the day to day running of the manufacturing assembly department with the aim of producing high quality defect free product, using the most cost effective and efficient methods as required by the Production and Operations Management.
Essential Experience / Qualifications
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience supervising and motivating a team
- Able to use Microsoft Office
- The ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety requirements and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Knowledge and experience of correct manual handling procedures
Desirable Experience / Qualifications
- Lean Manufacturing Operative Level 2 Certification (or equivalent)
- Experience of using Dynamics system (or similar business management system)
- Counterbalance Forklift licence (although full training with our provider is required)
