Core Responsibilities
- Lettings Performance: Oversee the entire lettings lifecycle, including property listing, enquiry management, viewings, and conversions. Ensure all property marketing is delivered with urgency, creativity, and high standards. Recruit, train, and manage internal lettings staff or third-party partners to maximise occupancy rates.
- Brand Awareness & Positioning: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy for the company and any sub-brands. Define and communicate clear messaging for landlord and tenant audiences. Ensure consistency of brand presentation across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Lead Generation & Funnel Optimisation: Drive inbound landlord leads through SEO, digital ads, LinkedIn, and referrals. Oversee paid marketing campaigns aimed at tenant acquisition across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok. Manage website content, conversion-focused landing pages, and SEO performance.
- Content & Campaigns: Direct the creation of engaging social media, video, and email content. Launch content-driven initiatives such as property tour reels, testimonials, and lifestyle stories. Collaborate cross-functionally to produce behind-the-scenes and value-based campaigns.
- Data, Analytics & Performance: Monitor and optimise key performance indicators including CPL, ROAS, occupancy, and conversion rates. Build dashboards and regular reporting systems for all marketing activities. Use data insights to inform strategic and creative decisions.
- PR & Local Partnerships: Manage public relations efforts to increase brand visibility (e.g. award submissions, editorial placements). Build partnerships with universities, employers, estate agents, and community organisations. Oversee ambassador and influencer collaborations, where appropriate.
