About the Role:
In this role, you will focus on generating additional revenue within an existing customer portfolio by identifying and nurturing opportunities to expand usage, enhance satisfaction, and ultimately boost sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse range of SMB and enterprise accounts, establishing, nurturing, and expanding relationships.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell strategies in close collaboration with internal teams.
