Location: Cambridge Office Based

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming phone calls and providing helpful, professional responses
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email in a timely and accurate manner
  • Managing day-to-day diary scheduling and appointments for internal teams
  • General administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth handling of customer issues
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records


Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
