Our growing Human Resources team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers in our finance and accounting teams and support them through the end-to-end recruitment process. We’re looking for a recruiter that has experience of high-volume recruitment. We are a fast-growing company and the demand for new positions, in addition to replacement hires, is high. You will be working on hires globally, but mostly for our offices in London, Malta, Florida and NYC. While your primary focus will be on finance and accounting recruitment, you will also have the opportunity to assist with recruiting for other areas of the business, when required. There will also be opportunities for you to get involved in projects as we develop the recruitment function within our growing and evolving business.
Your Responsibilities
- Partnering with HR business partners, business leaders and hiring managers and advise on the best hiring strategy;
- Write and manage job postings for the Vista website, job boards and social media;
- Perform initial application screening, including first-stage telephone interviews, in line with the hiring manager’s brief;
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process and act as their point of contact throughout;
- Perform salary benchmarking exercises and lead offer negotiations;
- Contribute to initiatives that drive efficiency in our recruitment process e.g. talent pooling and better use of recruitment tools;
- Collaborate with our Talent Sourcing Team on headhunting, pipelining and talent-pooling recruitment leads;
- Collaborate on the development of Vista’s Employer Brand and messaging.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Experience recruiting finance and accounting roles at all levels;
- Experienced recruiter that has worked on high volume recruitment, either in-house or for a recruitment company;
- You have worked with an applicant tracking system (we use iCIMS), CV databases and LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Experience recruiting internationally – ideally across Europe and the USA, would be an advantage.
