As a Reservations Coordinator, your role will be to manage the day-to-day reservations sales activities, converting enquiries and updating new and existing reservations, to create positive guest experiences and to drive revenue growth in line with the hotel’s commercial strategies. Based in the Crowne Plaza Newcastle, you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

- Respond to all telephone and email enquiries.
- Create new reservations and update billing information and special requests in OPERA PMS.
- Manage billing and payments.
- Build excellent relationships with regular bookers and agencies.
- Coordinate final details and rooming lists for group reservations.
- Take part in daily business reviews with the reservations and meeting & events sales teams to identify opportunities.
