As a Breakfast Food & Beverage Team Member, you will warmly welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, replenish the breakfast buffet, handle payments, and maintain a clean and organised dining area. You will assist with restocking supplies, support food preparation as needed, and help set up for lunch and dinner services. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and keen attention to detail are essential qualities to excel in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Welcomes guests, takes orders, serves food and beverages, replenishes the breakfast buffet, handles payments, and maintains a clean and organised dining area.
- Assists with restocking supplies, supports food preparation as needed, and helps set up for lunch and dinner services.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Maintains strong communication with the team and engages with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Works well in a team, collaborating with other staff to provide excellent service.
- Maintains a clean and organised dining area with attention to detail.
- Availability for early starts (from 05:30am) on weekdays and weekends.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Food and Beverage experience isn’t essential, but a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience is important.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff to provide excellent service.
