As Hotel Sales Executive, your role will be to carry out projects and generate leads resulting in revenue growth within the business and support the delivery of the commercial strategy. You will identify new leads and contacts, work with the front of house teams to drive engagement, and conduct sales calls to potential new accounts and clients. Additionally, you will ensure all sales databases are accurate and up to date, perform general office duties, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the commercial team by identifying and pursuing new business leads through market research and outbound sales calls.
- Producing and sending out group and local corporate proposals, following up to close deals.
- Collaborating with the Front Desk team to convert leads and maximize sales opportunities.
- Assisting in creating and managing social media content, including reels and promotional posts, to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Sharing ideas for email marketing with the Aimbridge central marketing team.
- Representing the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions at ExCeL to generate new business and strengthen client relationships.
