A day in the life of… As a Hotel Leisure Club Attendant you’ll be responsible for ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the hotel's leisure facilities. You’ll be knowledgeable about the different services and amenities offered and be able to provide assistance and guidance to guests as needed. Each day you can be tasked with setting up equipment, monitoring guest usage, and performing basic maintenance tasks. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as you’ll provide a welcoming and friendly environment for guests. This role is unlike any other in our hotel and you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a first class enjoyable and comfortable stay.
