Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Chef de Partie for our Cardiff kitchen. You will prepare, cook and present dishes within your station, train junior chefs, and support the sous chef and head chef in menu development, while upholding the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
You will monitor portion control and waste, contribute to maintaining profit margins, and stay focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience in line with our brand standards.
