My client, a leading utilities contractor, is recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a long-term water framework. This role sits within a high-performing commercial team and focuses on cost control, commercial reporting and subcontractor management across high-volume works. Key Responsibilities
- Weekly cost & value / CVR reporting
- Pricing and valuing high-volume, low-value works
- Preparing and managing Schedules of Rates
