We're recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor for an Outside IR35 contract supporting South East Water engineering projects across Kent. This role suits a commercially focused QS with strong experience in utilities and high-volume works, delivering tight cost control within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Weekly cost and revenue reporting
- Control of daily completed works submissions
- Preparation and management of Schedules of Rates
- Subcontractor cost reconciliation and payment certificates
- Liaison with Operations and Planning on progress and scope changes
- Commercial review of schemes against targets
- Pricing high-volume, low-value works
- Supporting WIP reviews
- Weekly and monthly cost analysis
