The OpportunityYou will be responsible for overseeing reinstatement activities across a portfolio of utility works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality and highway authority standards.

The RoleAs Reinstatement Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing reinstatement activities across a range of utility and infrastructure projects.

Maintain high standards of highways reinstatement and workmanship
Ensure works comply with relevant NRSWA, Street Works and highway authority requirements
Liaise with clients, local authorities, highways departments and other stakeholders
Monitor productivity, quality and operational performance
Identify and resolve issues affecting delivery
Ensure reinstatement works are completed within programme and required standards
Support resource planning and coordination of reinstatement crews
Drive improvements in productivity, quality and operational performance
Provide leadership, guidance and support to site teams
Assist with the continued development of the reinstatement function
About YouThe successful candidate will have proven experience within utility reinstatement, highways maintenance, street works, civil engineering or infrastructure.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience as a Reinstatement Manager, Reinstatement Supervisor, Highways Manager or similar
Experience managing reinstatement activities within the utilities or highways sector
Strong knowledge of highway reinstatement standards and requirements
Good understanding of NRSWA and Street Works
Experience managing direct labour, subcontractors and site teams
Strong understanding of health, safety, quality and environmental requirements
Excellent organisational and communication skills
The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
A proactive approach to problem solving
Strong leadership skills and the confidence to take ownership
