Key Responsibilities
- Take commercial ownership of a key energy infrastructure project
- Manage and procure sub-contract packages
- Oversee full post-contract activities from inception to final account
- Lead on CVR reporting and contract administration (NEC3)
- Identify and manage project risks
- Act as a key liaison with the client and stakeholders
- Support and mentor junior commercial staff and Project Managers
What We’re Looking For
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Solid experience as a Senior QS on civil engineering, utilities, or infrastructure projects in the UK
- Strong working knowledge of NEC3 contracts
- Confident communicator with solid negotiation and reporting skills
- Capable of managing multiple sub-contracts and maintaining financial control
