A major civil engineering and water contractor is seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a water project valued at £21M The project has a minimum of two years to run, and the scope of work includes a rising water main and pumping station, administered under NEC terms and conditions. This Senior Quantity Surveyor is a hybrid working role and will be based in Swindon two days per week. The Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager responsibilities include the full range of post-contract duties including: Cost Reporting Budgetary Management Working with the Project Manager to identify risks and opportunities in the sub programme Management of supplier and sub-contractor accounts Provide leadership and support to junior members of the Quantity Surveying team. Experience Required Suitable applicants will be educated in BSc Quantity Surveying or similar. You will be able to demonstrate a stable career history working for recognised contractors on civil engineering, infrastructure or utility contracts.
