The Role:
- Carry out internal inspections and audits across multiple depots (Lenham, Hazards Green, Aldershot, Buckhurst, and Tonbridge).
- Prepare for external audits (LRQA, WIRS, Achilles) and ensure non-conformances are resolved promptly.
- Work closely with Contract Managers and the Senior Leadership Team to embed compliance across the contract.
- Monitor training records, run reports, and ensure all training requirements are up to date.
- Partner with the central Quality Assurance team and the wider HSEQF team to maintain top-tier standards.
- Review and update policies, procedures, and contractual documents, including the Quality Plan and RACI charts.
- Respond to new requirements and ensure controlled documents are accurate and approved.
Requirements:
- A bright, organised, and adaptable individual who can juggle multiple priorities.
- Computer literacy as you’ll be using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with MS Teams and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A full UK driving licence (travel between depots is essential).
