We are recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a growing engineering and infrastructure contractor delivering major projects across the UK water and utilities sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career within a fast-growing business offering long-term progression, exposure to NEC contracts, and involvement in high-profile infrastructure projects.

The Role

  • Support the commercial delivery of water and wastewater projects from project handover through to final account.
  • Work closely with operational teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Play a key role in cost control, commercial reporting, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Manage project commercial performance and cost control.
  • Administer subcontractor accounts and valuations.
  • Support procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor project budgets and commercial risks.
  • Support final accounts and commercial close-out.

Minimum 2 years experience in a Quantity Surveying or commercial role.

Experience within construction, utilities, infrastructure, or water sectors.

NEC3 and/or NEC4 contract experience.

Good commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline preferred.
