  • Identify and resolve operational issues
  • Support the planning and coordination of reinstatement activities
  • Drive continuous improvement across the reinstatement function
  • Provide leadership and support to site-based teams

  • Strong knowledge of reinstatement standards and highway requirements
  • Experience managing teams and subcontractors
  • Good understanding of Street Works / NRSWA requirements
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive approach with the ability to solve problems
  • The confidence to take ownership and manage multiple priorities

Why Join?

This isn't simply another reinstatement role. The business is continuing to grow and is looking for people who want to grow with it. • Strong pipeline of work across Hampshire
  • Localised working generally within an hour of Basingstoke
  • Long-term career prospects
  • Genuine progression opportunities
  • Supportive management team
  • Established and reputable utility contractor
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
