This is an ideal opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with infrastructure, utilities, civil engineering, construction, or energy experience who is looking to transition into the rapidly growing UK renewable and energy sector. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management and successful delivery of a high-profile energy project. Working closely with the Commercial Manager and wider project team, you will support all financial, contractual, and commercial activities across the project lifecycle.
- Managing subcontractor accounts, applications, valuations, and final accounts
- Supporting commercial reporting, forecasting, and budget management
- Monitoring project costs, risks, and commercial performance
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and commercial improvements
- Assisting in the leadership and development of the commercial function
To be considered for this Quantity Surveyor opportunity, you should have:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within utilities, infrastructure, civil engineering, construction, or energy projects
- Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge
- Experience managing subcontractor accounts and project costs
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
- Full UK driving licence preferred
