What Youll Do

  • Support commercial management of civil engineering and infrastructure projects
  • Assist in preparing valuations, applications for payment, and monthly cost reports
  • Help manage variations, change control, and extensions of time
  • Support subcontractor management and tendering processes
  • Provide contractual guidance to project and site teams
  • Contribute to effective cost control and financial management throughout the project

Youll work across site, office, and home, giving you a well-rounded experience of a live infrastructure project.

Skills & Experience Were Looking For

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering or infrastructure projects
  • Some NEC3 / NEC4 contract experience
  • Solid understanding of cost reporting, valuations, and commercial management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying (RICS or CICES accredited)
  • Working towards chartered status is a plus
