Projects range from £20M-£60M in value and are administered under NEC conditions.

The Role Reporting to the Commercial Director responsibilities will include: Management of a Quantity Surveying team for the following activities: Main Contract management and administration Supply chain management Cost capture and control Commercial Reporting Managing Risks Planning & programme management Stakeholder Management Cash management Risk & Value Management Experienced Required Suitable applicants must be educated in HNC /BSc Quantity Surveying or similar and will be able to demonstrate experience working at the Managing Quantity Surveyor level or Commercial Manager level l within the civil engineering sector.
The role could suit an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor with experience managing, developing and implementing procurement strategies.
