As our Quality Manager, you wont just oversee processes youll shape how critical national infrastructure is delivered.

What Youll Lead Set the gold standard for quality excellence across major energy and HV projects.
Own and evolve our ISO9001-aligned Quality Management System, ensuring it drives performance, not paperwork.
Lead a powerful audit and improvement programme that strengthens product quality, supplier performance and construction delivery.
Turn data and insights into meaningful action influencing decisions at every level.
Build strong partnerships with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure every project is delivered right first time.
Mentor and develop the Quality Advisor, helping them grow into a future leader.
Exereince Required Experience in quality management within energy, power, HV, substation, grid or major infrastructure projects.
Ability to write clear, compelling procedures and training materials.
A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
Willingness to travel across the region to stay close to the work that matters.
Strong digital literacy and a full UK driving licence.??
Qualifications Diploma or degree in a quality-related discipline.
Membership of a recognised quality professional body.
