An excellent opportunity for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a growing infrastructure and utilities contractor. You will play a key role within the commercial team, overseeing a portfolio of projects and supporting the Commercial Manager. With a strong forward order book and continued growth, this role offers clear progression to Commercial Manager.
Location: Hybrid working with travel to London and Middlesex project sites.
Responsibilities- Managing subcontractors, project accounts and commercial reporting
- Supporting the Commercial Manager and mentoring junior team members
- Overseeing valuations, measurements and CVR reporting
- Contract review and NEC contract management
- Managing commercial risk, disputes and cost control
- Experience as a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor
- Background in utilities, infrastructure or civil engineering projects
- Strong NEC contract and subcontract management experience
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience)
- Full UK driving licence
