Project Quantity Surveyor – Major Infrastructure Project (High Wycombe). We’re partnering with a leading UK contractor to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor for an exciting £20m Viaduct Refurbishment Project based in High Wycombe (M40). This long‑term project involves a variety of specialist civil engineering works including concrete repairs, painting, joint replacements, and complex temporary works. Responsibilities
- As Project Quantity Surveyor you will be site‑based and report directly to the Commercial Manager.
- You will play a key role in managing costs, contracts, and commercial performance across the project, helping to ensure successful delivery from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Good understanding of NEC contracts.
- Experience within civil engineering or highways projects (advantageous).
- Previous experience as an Assistant QS and Quantity Surveyor.
