Business Development Advisor (Office based) Experience: None RequiredJob type: Part Time (flexible hours)Salary: £15.00 per hour + performance bonus (OTE £28,500)We have an opportunity for a Business Development Advisor to join our expanding team, which is based in our office in Nursling, Southampton.This outbound B2B position is a great opportunity for a driven candidate; experience within business development sales and/or customer service is ideal but not necessary – if you believe you have the skills to succeed, then we want to hear from you!You will:Call companies from an existing CRM database to build a pipeline of warm leadsArrange site surveys/meetings for our Business Development ManagersIntroduce Intersafe by emailing information to client contactsWork towards agreed weekly call and appointment targetMaintain accurate records within our CRM databaseSales support Administration tasksManaging website leadsWorking Hours – Flexible hours to suit you available Monday – Friday, 9am-3pmAbout you Able to handle and overcome objectionsA positive and self-motivated approach to workingPrevious B2B experience (ideal but not essential)Must have Excellent attention to detailTeam player and the ability to work aloneThe ability to quickly build a rapport with clientsExperience using a computer databaseBirthdays Off – In addition to your holiday allowance, you\’ll never have to work on your birthday.
