As we continue to grow across Europe, we are seeking a strategic and experienced Security Operations Director to lead and expand our operations across France.

The Security Operations Director will be responsible for leading, developing, and strategically aligning all security operations across France to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and world-class client service. Fluency in English is essential, as the role involves close collaboration with international teams, senior leadership, and clients.

  • Lead and manage all security operations across France, ensuring alignment with company policies, client expectations, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow Interr’s presence in the French market, driving operational efficiency and business development.
  • Inspire, coach, and manage operational teams, promoting accountability, performance, and teamwork.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction through regular communication, reporting, and service reviews.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations, ensuring full compliance with CNAPS, GDPR, Health & Safety, and ISO standards.
  • Drive performance and profitability through effective scheduling, monitoring KPIs, and promoting self-delivery on sites.

Proven experience in managing multi-site security operations, preferably within the retail or corporate sector. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and business development in the French market. Fluent in English (essential) — both spoken and written — and comfortable operating within an international business environment. In-depth knowledge of private security regulations, CNAPS, Health & Safety, and data protection laws. Proficiency in incident management, audits, and performance tracking. Flexible approach to working hours (including evenings, weekends, and travel across France). Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset. Continuous training and professional development.
