Job Description
Design Lead- – Salesforce Education Cloud- Student Systems Implementation
Design Lead with expereince of SITS (data models, integration points, student records lifecycle) and experience in design leadership for large-scale transformation or CRM/ERP/student systems programmes, is needed to support the implementation of Salesforce Education Cloud for our higher education client.
The Design Lead will take ownership of the end-to-end solution design and lead the requirements-to-design translation process.
The Design Lead will work with a team of business analysts, act as the key liaison with business stakeholders, internal IT, and enterprise architecture, and coordinate closely with the implementation partner to ensure business needs are accurately captured and reflected in solution delivery.

Essential Experience
- Strong experience in design leadership for large-scale transformation or CRM/ERP/student systems programmes.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the student lifecycle and academic business processes in Higher Education.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Education Cloud, Canvas LMS, or similar platforms.
- Experience with SITS (Tribal) including knowledge of its data models, integration points, and student records lifecycle.
- Experience managing or working with business analysis functions, with a hands-on approach to requirements gathering and refinement.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills — able to work across business, IT, and supplier landscapes.
- Excellent understanding of Agile delivery practices, including design sprints, iterative delivery, backlog grooming and user stories.
- Skilled in producing design artefacts (e.g., journey maps, process flows, user stories, wireframes) and using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or equivalent.

Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of Higher Education regulatory requirements, HESA reporting, and GDPR compliance.
- Experience with Salesforce HEDA, student communities, or AI/automation use cases in education.
- Understanding of UX/UI best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), and student engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with Azure Integration, API-first designs, and identity management (SSO).
- Exposure to Canvas LMS implementation or integration with CRM/student platforms.
- Experience working in multi-vendor environments and within public procurement frameworks (G-Cloud, SUPC, LUPC).

£500-£550.00 per day outside of IR35- Hybrid working with 2 days on site per week in London
