We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to lead and deliver change across a major digital and technology transformation programme for a central government client. The role focuses on the people side of change, including systems, processes, roles, and organisational structures, ensuring smooth adoption and maximising benefits realisation.

Business Change Manager- SC Security Cleared- Digital Transformation- Essential Expereince

• Proven experience managing business change projects and programmes
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to present clear, concise reports
• Experience delivering digital programmes, cloud transition, or SOC transformation
• Skilled in risk management and benefits realisation
• Strong listening, communication, and documentation skills
• Creative and analytical approach to problem-solving
• Excellent facilitation and influencing skills
• Deep understanding of change management principles, techniques, and tools
• Qualifications APMG Change Management Practitioner (essential)
• Current SC Security Clearance
• Prosci / ADKAR or Changefirst (desirable)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change impact assessments and develop detailed change management plans
• Manage transformation initiatives from inception to completion
• Identify and mitigate risks and resistance
• Develop and deliver communications, training, and engagement plans
• Define success metrics and report progress to senior leadership
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure change is embedded and benefits are realised
• Provide coaching and support to employees at all levels

Hybrid working: 2–3 days per week on-site in Milton Keynes
