Role: Agile Project Manager – Salesforce Education Cloud
We are seeking an Agile Project Manager, preferably with experience in Salesforce Education Cloud or similar SaaS platforms, to support our London University client in delivering the implementation of Salesforce Education Cloud and related systems.
The Agile Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of the Salesforce Education Cloud implementation, leading Agile delivery for the platform and associated initiatives such as UX, AI tools, and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale digital transformation or CRM/ERP implementations.
- Understand delivery and integration of Salesforce (preferably Education Cloud) or similar SaaS platforms.
- Collaborate with multiple suppliers in complex stakeholder environments.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, especially within Higher Education or similar public sectors.
- Understand Azure-based integration and identity management (SSO, APIs).
- Manage budgets, timelines, dependencies, and change control effectively.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) across hybrid teams.
- Support the formation of cross-functional delivery teams with clear goals and workflows.
- Oversee project delivery using DevOps or similar tools, ensuring visibility of progress and backlog health.
- Apply project governance frameworks, reporting, and risk management processes.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud (HEDA, student journey, engagement tools).
- Experience with student systems implementation or migration (e.g., SITS, eVision).
- Knowledge of Canvas LMS integration or similar academic platforms.
- Exposure to AI tools, chatbots, or analytics for student engagement.
- Background in UX/UI projects, including accessibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Knowledge of UK Higher Education regulations, GDPR, and HESA reporting.
- Familiarity with public procurement frameworks (G-Cloud, LUPC, SUPC).
- Experience delivering projects via Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
This is a 12-month contract with a hybrid work model requiring 2 days per week onsite in London.
Compensation: £500 per day outside IR35.
