As a Senior Delivery Manager , youwill be responsible for delivering high-value, complex initiatives across all areas of technology. You will work in collaboration with the business to understand their needs, drive results and deliver excellence. You will manage risks, issues and budget and ensure that initiatives are delivered to schedule, budget, scope and the highest quality standards. You will also work in a collaborative way with multiple third parties and matrix teams, and foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
Hybrid – monthly visits in London if needed, but predominantly remote

Responsibilities
- Management and successful execution of high-value Technology and Transformation initiatives up to £3m in value spanning across multiple business domains
- Work in collaboration with initiative sponsors and key stakeholders within the business to ensure shared ownership for the delivery of outcomes
- Lead cross-functional change into the organisation through the application of best-in-class project, programme and change management
- Own stakeholder relationships and engage the business more broadly with change communications
- Manage high performing delivery teams, with good knowledge management, who work in collaboration with the business
Qualifications
- Great project management and stakeholder management skills
- 5+ years of experience in programme management
- Demonstrated ability to manage more than one project at once on very different topics
- Experience of delivery in large complex organisations
- Strong Commerce / Retail implementation experience
