Senior Data Quality Officer – Estates Management – Higher Education

We are urgently seeking a Senior Data Quality Officer/Specialist with experience in data improvement programmes within estates to support our leading higher education client in enhancing their estates data management.

The Senior Data Quality Officer/Specialist will engage with a wide range of stakeholders across all Estates functions to understand and prioritize data quality issues from operational and customer perspectives.

Responsibilities include supporting data owners and stewards to design and implement data quality improvement plans, developing sustainable solutions to ensure measurable improvements in information and data quality.

Essential Experience

  • Experience in data quality analysis, improvement planning, data cleansing, and implementing data governance across complex data domains in a large enterprise environment.
  • Experience leading data transformation projects from discovery to delivery, achieving organizational change from low to high data maturity, enabling trusted operational and strategic decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, working with data owners, stewards, custodians, business analysts, and technical teams to identify issues and develop improvement plans.
  • Experience in data improvement projects within Estates Management, Construction, Asset Management, Building Safety/Compliance, or Building Information Management environments.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working in Agile project delivery to meet deadlines and milestones.
  • Experience with FM/Proptech systems such as CAFM, IWMS, CDE, or similar.

The role is inside IR35, offering circa £-£ per day, DOE.

Hybrid working with flexible days on-site, 2-3 days per month.
