Our client is award winning prime residential mortgage lender. Due to expansion they’re seeking to hire a Sales Director to be based in Leeds where there is a hybrid working policy in place. The salary is up to £95,000 plus 40% bonus.
You will oversee the firm’s sales strategy and take ownership of achieving revenue targets through intermediary channels. You will lead a high-performing business development team, build and maintain strong relationships with key intermediary firms and networks, and drive the successful execution of sales initiatives.

What is expected of the Sales Director?
- Seeking out clients and building working relationships with the premier brokers
- Building strategic relationships with targeted intermediary firms and networks
- Leveraging those relationships to ensure business flow across customer segments and product lines as a ‘provider of choice’
- Maintaining a market-leading presence in all industry (networking) events and exploiting that presence to commercial advantage.
- Managing the broker panel of the firm
- Ensuring high levels of customer service for all brokers and customers
- Developing strategies to keep the firm competitive and innovative
- Identifying valuable emerging markets
- Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences and trade shows
