InterQuest are currently supporting a well established pensions organisation in identifying a Risk & Compliance Leader to support the organisation on a new and exciting business venture. The role would be responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining effective risk management and compliance frameworks within the new entity of the business focused on business to customer. This would be a permanent role based in London on a 50% hybrid working split. The role would also offer excellent bonus potential and pension.

Responsibilities would include:

  • Lead the first line lead on the development and management of regulatory compliance topics in relation to the business, ensuring the organisation meets with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate a range of risks across operational, strategic, change financial and regulatory areas alongside supporting with framework development and implementation.
  • Keeping abreast of upcoming regulations and monitoring regulatory compliance matters ORSA reporting for the business.

The ideal candidate would have:

  • An excellent background in regulatory compliance with experience across monitoring, assurance, SMCR and policy development.
  • Strong risk management experience with knowledge of developing risk frameworks.
  • Smaller/Start-up experience would also be beneficial for this role.
