As the Enterprise Risk & Governance Manager , you’ll play a critical role in strengthening our second line of defence, driving risk maturity, and ensuring we maintain a robust risk management culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and enhance the Group Risk Management Framework (RMF), including:
- Risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Maintaining the Group’s Risk Appetite and Policy Suite
- Conducting Risk and Control Self-Assessments
- Monitoring and reporting risk events and near-misses
- Provide expert, balanced risk advice across all business areas.
- Oversee the implementation of effective risk monitoring processes and closure of risk events.
- Support the Group Compliance Director in preparing insightful risk management information for the Board.
- Act as Secretary for the Board Risk Committee and maintain governance policies.
