As the Enterprise Risk & Governance Manager , you’ll play a critical role in strengthening our second line of defence, driving risk maturity, and ensuring we maintain a robust risk management culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and enhance the Group Risk Management Framework (RMF), including:
  • Risk identification and mitigation strategies
  • Maintaining the Group’s Risk Appetite and Policy Suite
  • Conducting Risk and Control Self-Assessments
  • Monitoring and reporting risk events and near-misses
  • Provide expert, balanced risk advice across all business areas.
  • Oversee the implementation of effective risk monitoring processes and closure of risk events.
  • Support the Group Compliance Director in preparing insightful risk management information for the Board.
  • Act as Secretary for the Board Risk Committee and maintain governance policies.
