Our client, a leading UK compliance and consultancy firm, is seeking a Head of Business Development to lead and inspire their team, drive growth, and deliver high‑value business opportunities across their client portfolio. About the Role

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Managers to exceed revenue and sales targets.
  • Personally drive high‑value sales opportunities and maintain strong client and referral partner relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with senior consultants and marketing teams to create cohesive commercial strategies, optimise sales processes, and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Deliver solution‑led proposals, presentations, and board‑level updates to clients.

  • Strong experience building and maintaining strategic partnerships and referral networks.
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, including C‑suite and boards.
  • Ability to deliver internal sales training and collaborate effectively across marketing and operational teams.
