A global leader in their field is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Transformation Director to lead and deliver enterprise-wide TA transformation initiatives. This role will play a pivotal part in reimagining Talent Acquisition globally, with a focus on operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, innovation, and measurable outcomes.

Acting as a strategic linchpin across global TA functions, the role will be responsible for driving the design and execution of TA 2.0 – a comprehensive transformation of processes, systems, and technology to future-proof hiring capabilities across Corporate functions.

What is expected of the Global Talent Acquisition Transformation Director?

  • Drive the scoping, planning, and execution of cross-functional Talent Acquisition transformation programmes.
  • Lead a global diagnostic review of current TA processes and operating models, using data-driven insights to inform future-state design.
  • Conduct listening exercises with segmented recruiting audiences and key stakeholders to gather qualitative and quantitative input.
  • Develop and present a clearly defined set of recommendations for TA 2.0 including change plans, communication strategies, timelines, and success measures.
  • Assess current TA technology ecosystem, identifying capability gaps and partnering with internal Tech teams to design a future-ready roadmap (e.g., ORC).
  • Collaborate with external consultancies and vendors to benchmark practices and test recommendations against best-in-class models.
  • Ensure TA processes and candidate journeys are aligned with a performance-driven culture.
  • Lead ongoing programme management of global TA transformation initiatives aligned to in-year business priorities.
  • Define and monitor ROI and performance metrics across all initiatives.
  • Foster strong partnerships with global stakeholders across TA, HR, Technology, and the wider business.

  • Proven leadership experience, including building and managing high-performing global teams.
  • Strong background in Talent Acquisition across multiple geographies and business models.
  • Deep expertise across the full TA value chain—from attraction through onboarding.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation and change programmes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong data, analytics, and insights capability with a clear ROI and performance focus.
  • Experience in Organisation Design, Change Management, and Program/Project Delivery.
  • Strong technology orientation; able to drive adoption of innovative TA technologies, tools, and AI.
  • Experience in both in-house and agency TA environments is highly desirable.
