Are you a senior compliance professional passionate about delivering fair and positive customer outcomes? An established and tech-driven insurance group is seeking a Consumer Duty Lead to join their second line Compliance team. This role is pivotal in embedding Consumer Duty across the business – ensuring regulatory excellence while keeping customers at the heart of every decision. What you\’ll be doing: Leading as a subject matter expert in Consumer Duty, advising on FCA best practice and industry standards. Providing robust oversight of product governance, distribution arrangements, and pricing models to ensure value and compliance. Shaping and supporting the production of the Annual Consumer Duty Report, remediation activity, and vulnerable customer strategy. Collaborating with senior leaders to strengthen internal controls, promote cultural change, and drive customer-centric outcomes.
