Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced senior business change manager to lead organisational change projects aimed at outsourcing our business finance function overseas. This role requires the creation of a business function from scratch, including spearheading recruitment drives and enhancing our Brand Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing global team transition programmes, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing the project\’s lifecycle, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Suitability:

This position would suit someone who enjoys travelling as there will be a need to work onsite with the VP weekly (hybrid) and travel overseas as a major part of the initiative.
