We’re looking for an experienced Head of Operational Resilience to lead our clients efforts in safeguarding critical services and ensuring our organisation can anticipate, withstand, and recover from disruptions. Working pattern: 4/5 days a week in the office. ? About the Role: In this high-impact position, you’ll: ? Develop and execute a robust operational resilience strategy. ? Define critical business services, impact tolerances, and recovery objectives. ? Lead cross-functional collaboration across risk, compliance, IT, and operations. ? Chair resilience forums and provide expert advice to senior leadership. ? Ensure regulatory compliance and serve as the liaison with key regulators. ? Drive incident response, scenario testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
