Technical Lead Hybrid (1 day pw onsite) Surrey £100,000 – £110,000 We are currently have an exciting opportunity for a Tech Lead for an industry leading and ambitious financial services company based in Surrey. The roles will sit within a core value stream and focus on developing and implementing innovative digital technology. You will lead and coach a team of technical experts who build software and customer experiences that continues to drive, shape and deliver our client\’s customer-centric, data driven and digital first strategy. The Role: Technical Lead for a squad, ensuring collaborative working with Product Owners and Developers to design and build customer facing systems using React front ends, Java microservices and the latest cloud technologies Lead, manage and coach a team of engineers. You will lead from the front with expert hands-on software development experience and ensure high technical standards are met throughout the team. Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the squad has a clear mission, understands the wider tech strategy, healthy backlog and working to Agile practices.
