IQ Talent Solutions are delighted to be supporting one of key clients who are a leader in their sector with the recruitment of an Organisational Design Consultant for a period of 4 months, paying up to £800 per day inside of IR35 working fully remotely. The role reports into the Org effectiveness director and you will advise on organisational design and structures. What is expected of the Organisational Design Consultant? Using a consistent toolkit and methodology, working in collaboration with the HRBP & Senior People Change Manager to deliver org design projects. Facilitation of org design workshops to lockdown the scope of the future operating model, including future capabilities and change impact assessment. Support the evaluation of, and where appropriate change the underlying processes, organisational principles, organisation structure and roles and responsibilities to ensure they are effective in delivering the strategic outcomes. Support the Senior People Change Manager & HR Business Partners on Organisational Design & structures, aligned to job families, job design, evaluation and benchmarking, and integration into HR systems, ensuring OD principles are adhered to and organisational architecture is maintained.
