Are you an experienced professional in model risk management with a passion for ensuring robust and compliant financial models? I\’m exclusively supporting a banking client of mine two Model Validation Manager positions which can be based in any one of their UK offices.
As a Model Validation Manager, you\’ll play a key role in leading independent validation activities, managing relationships with senior stakeholders, and promoting a strong risk culture across the organisation.
You\’ll work closely with Risk and Finance professionals to ensure models remain fit for purpose and compliant with regulatory standards.
Experienced required:
? 4+ years of experience in model development or validation within financial services.
? Strong technical expertise in credit risk, IFRS9, operational risk, or stress testing.
? Proficiency in SAS and Excel; knowledge of R or Python is a plus.
? Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
